What this is about?
"Deeper" How to change the organization to make it more ours?
The vast majority of companies work based on the commandment "more, faster, further, louder". This means that employees do not use their key resources: insight, intuition, in-depth insight, attentiveness that allows them to make room for and be heard by those who sat in the corner during the team meeting and do not intend to clear the space to speak. Most organizations are hierarchical and expansive. This is justified in the context of profits, especially short-term ones, but does it build respect, empathy and emotional maturity? Does it create space for deep bonds and creativity? Are these values alive or just printed on a poster hanging at the reception?
The "Deeper" workshop wants to help you change the space in which you work.
The workshop describes and allows you to experience a different world - a world in which it is worth going beyond the black and white view of "one or the other", in which there is room for the quality of fun, lightness, creativity, and not only drudgery and constantly screwed up targets; a world in which employees deepen their understanding of tasks, not just tick them off lists; finally, a world where everyday good practices are as important as numbers in sales tables and applause at company meetings.
The workshop is based on the assumptions and beliefs contained in Natalia de Barbaro's latest book, "Yarn. In search of inner freedom.
"Deeper" lasts one day in the "economic" version and two days in the full, in-depth version. The shorter format is intended for a group of a maximum of twenty people, a longer, deeper one, for a maximum of twelve people, primarily leaders, decision-makers, and HR teams.
The main agenda items are:
- A multi-colored thread: how to look at issues and make decisions from a multi-faceted perspective and also listen to those who do not want to speak?
- Velvet thread: how to weave the energy of fun, lightness and creativity into every working day?
- Cotton Fruit: How to look for important questions and key answers within yourself, not just in external guidance? How to build a company based on deep values?
- Flax thread: how to create and build everyday practices that allow you to rely on deep values, based on the heart, feeling and intuition?
