Mature Leader
The maturity of a leader largely means the ability to act from the level of emotional order. Team members who, upon arriving at the office, ask each other in whispers what their boss's mood is today cannot focus on fruitful work: their talents and passions do not come to the fore because their energy is focused on "serving" the emotionally immature leader. That is why the leader's work on her emotional maturity is so crucial.

model emotional maturity in the team?
d) Containing' team emotions as a key skill of a mature leader: practical exercises, discussion and conclusions.
